Great place to live. If you’re planning on moving here, here’s a tip. When the hot water goes out, which is at least every 60-90 days, get a gallon jug and mix it half cold water and half boiling water. Make sure the temp isn’t too hot and you can use that to shower with.
Spent the best years of my life at this place. Greatly miss it.
