DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The management is a joke. They make up "rules" that are not in the lease. They then proceed to threat/harass tenants until you move or they falsify paperwork to evict them. The owner and or corporation that owns this needs to find new management before they completely destroy this park. We are so glad we talked to tenants before deciding to move here!!

just got a lawn violation on my door with yesterdays date on it.. leaving me less than 24 hours to mow my grass. called the office cause the grass at the office is never within what they say mine has to be and than this lady tells me im makeing laim excuses... no sry i work 10 hours a day 6 days a week and need a little more than an afternoon to get at it..im not even sure my mower will start.. i feel sense i make my issues public per reviews like they ask for im being a target by the park. and with that being said im contac... read more
