Everyone has been so helpful during our deck building project. These guys are fantastic to work with. Leon, at the Trenton store, went above and beyond in helping us design our deck and everything was delivered to us. Had no problems with returns either. I have recommended Mans to multiple people since we started our deck.
Poor follow-up on my order and lack of communication regarding a back order. After Manns dropped the ball I bought from an online vendor to obtain needed materials. Total lack of coordination by inside sales at Ann Arbor location. Will not use Mannslumber again after this bad experience.
Kelly did a fantastic job helping me choose materials for a covered patio. Shipping was prompt and easy.
