We were visiting from out of town and the hours listed on the site do not correspond with actual store hours. However this morning the lady working took the extra time to allow my husband and I to come in and look before she was suppose to even open when I explained why we were there at that time. She treated us like we were not taking away from her morning things and took the time to answer all of our questions. I waited over a month for an item to come in. Trying to support local business. After a point you have to walk away. If you are in a hurry or expect them to have what you need on hand just go else where.

Worst service ever!! And its repedetedly! They use to have a young female who was very nice and now they have a crazy lady who is running off all their customers. Only upside is i got paid to buy my item. Sorry but i have given you to many chances. Will not be back and will spread the word.

This I a horrible place to bring your pet! They don't know breed standard grooming for a schnauzer and the cat they let run around bites!

They are very honest and handle their animals. They always know their facts. And their rates are even very reasonable.
