We bought a house in Beacon and it needed a renovation. After a few recommendations and reading his reviews we met with Ricky of Manresa Electric this last March. We hired him giving him a hefty down payment of $10,000. By the last week of April, when it was time to begin, Ricky barely showed up doing little work. An hour or so for a couple times. This has been a very stressful experience with this company. Does not respond to texts and calls. Promised to show up but does not. Has given them multiple chances to fix their mistakes but continued to dismiss their responsibilities. Now, all contact numbers don’t work for us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
