Because of our insurance, we only had 2 options of referrals from our dentist. I failed to do research prior to making the appt. (lesson learned!) Dr. Bath himself, was friendly, if you can call it that. The initial 1 hr consultation for my daughter having wisdom teeth removed turned into just shy of 2 hrs!! The front office staff didn't have a clue about organization or friendliness. And the girl handling the consult apt was a total airhead. Disorganized, rattled & just plain unprofessional. If I could give a negative star I would. I took my son to this office based on a referral from his dentist and while I was speaking with the scheduling coordinator, she stated because of how busy they are, she could schedule my sons surgery for a fee so I did. She also told me this fee would be reimbursed if by any chance the surgery does not happen. At the day of the consultation, They told me the cost of the surgery and because medical was out of network my out of pocket would be 1k. and had to be paid before the surgery. ... read more
This office is horrible and I would never have services done here! They are extremely disorganized and they charge ridiculous prices for services other offices don't charge anything for. I spent 1.5 hours in this office for a CONSULTATION to have my wisdom teeth removed. When I got there they didn't have any of the paperwork that was sent and I sat waiting for an hour on the dentist. Went in for 2 consultations. The first one I sat in the office for 1.5 hours to talk with the surgeon that said we couldn't discuss anything because he didn't have any x rays. So nothing was done, then the second they charged me the $185 when I was told it was going to be a free consultation. Never again. Horrible practice.
