Love Dr. Multani and the care and attention she shows to my younger sister with Alzheimer's. It's so easy to text the staff and receive answers from them quickly. My sister also participated in a clinical trial there with Shiraz. Love this office!
I would like to write this review on behalf of my father who is under the care of Dr. Multani. He is so happy that she is part of his medical team treating his current condition of Parkinson's. Since the beginning she has been so caring and patient with him and explains everything with him regarding new treatments and he looks forward to every visit. Every appointment goes smoothly and every time he leaves with information and say's how lucky he is that she is his doctor.
Dr. Multani is wonderful! But this office has the absolute worst office staff. They are rude, unprofessional unresponsive and unhelpful. I called to ask a question after one of my appointments, and was told it would be over $100 in cash just to speak with her, because they can't charge it to insurance if it's over the phone. The office is over an hour away. I had one question. Not a question that the receptionist could answer, nor one I'm willing to share with anyone other than my neurologist.
Dr. Multani has been my mom's neurologist for years and she is great. Very knowledgeable and thorough in her profession and compassionate. Her team is excellent as well, her PA and especially Vivian. Thank you for being the caring doctor that you are.
I am a current patient of Dr. Multani and have had a good experience with her. Most of her office staff is easy to work with. Yet, my experience with the referral coordinator----the one who is responsible for ordering lab tests, MRI's, etc----has been abysmal. She is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Most recently, she has delayed tests ordered by Dr. Multani for over 2 months. In the end, someone else in the office finally faxed over the orders because the referral coordinator would not do it.
