Went to the ManPower Hiring Event that was in October of 2019. Was hesitant due to being set up with a recruiter (ManPower Norco, Ca) due to her lack of enthusiasm and poor speaking habits. We had discussed a position in Riverside that may fit my experience. Very poor costumer service.
I will NEVER EVER fill out another application with this Norco location again. I have worked for manpower for years and I have never ever seen a location this tacky in my life. These people are full of it. They play a lot of games. The communication is crap and they do not answer the phone and if you call too many times, they will politely put the after hours machine on. Horrible experience. No communication at all and blatant labor law violations. (Blank hourly pay employment forms) 1st red flag. I was really hoping they would prove me wrong... but they sent me to a job at lululemon that required me to give them my phones lock screen to be able to work on the scanners. This was my tipping point (Privacy violation) sent me home but not the workers that didn't even bring a phone, so why use an app that requires this information when they could just bypass it anyway? Applied for position for a lululemon assignment that is supposed to end December 2025 and still waiting on a background check(Oct 2025 now) even though my records clean...all the ladies here will lie to you about fake positions being available and when you drive from far away thinking there is work for you,they tell you there is but isn't and these ladies at the office forget about you and you waste your time and gas for nothing.only friends of the office personnel give propped up rateings...these women here are con artists ... read more
