It is difficult to get through on the phone. :when you are given the extension for Ms Rodrigues as 70410, there is NO prompt for a caller to enter it. If you called and were given Ms Rodrogues full name and but didn't write it down, then you can't use the 9 followed by the first 3 letters of her first name to reach her (but really her voice mail). Why should one have to make several calls just to get through (someone who answers the phone!) to a representative?
cant talk to anyone live on phone..applied like they asked and was told to call them back in the next day and no-one called me back and no job listings to e-mail wounder whats up called again and didnt get a call back yet .
