Manpower sparks has been a blessing! Emily was such a great help wasted no time instructing me on how to apply online and within the next 2 hours I was in the office and given a great assignment. Great energy, patient and very helpful more than other agencies in the area

The sparks manpower is so unprofessional I came in to look for work a couple times and I’m told to keep calling in and nobody calls me. The first time I come in there’s a little girl walking around in the back which is not professional for any work environment and the second time I come in to see if anything’s changed there’s a cat in one of their employees hands which is just weird but yet I am still told there is no work. There is postings all the time and for what. Are these people even trying

Essentially useless. I have a master's degree from Columbia University and the first questions they asked me were if I knew how to drive a forklift and if I owned a pair of steel-toed boots or would I be willing to buy a pair. Haven't sent me any jobs or reached out at all. They have all of my identity and financial info now. Very unsettling. Waste of time.
