I only started physio a little later in my wellness journey, but now close to 6 months in. It has definitely been beneficial on my recovery journey. November 2025 I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Very difficult to get around moving was very painful. My doctor recommended physio, I called Manotick Physio Works. It was the best decision, my physiotherapist Edith took the time to listen and made a plan and the work began. Today was my last appointment, I am walking, gardening and living my life. I have learned to start my day with the exercises recommended and I will always be grateful for Manotick PhysioWorks.
I had pelvic floor physiotherapy with Vishwa at Manotick PhysioWorks and it was such a positive experience. Vishwa was knowledgeable, gentle, and really took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable and supported throughout my recovery. I’ve noticed a big improvement already and would highly recommend her to any new moms needing pelvic floor support!
I have rotator cuff injury, and Jessica was great in helping me overcome my pain and recover my shoulder mobility.. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am almost back to 100% and without her skills, I wouldn't have recovered so quickly. Absolutely Highly recommend!. My husband is Jessica's patience as well and he is very satisfied with the care.
