I had a sliver of wood lodged in my eye and called Manotick Optometric Centre for help. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and had me booked in within 15 minutes. When I arrived, Dr. Elise Berthiaume greeted me right away and took me to a room. She clearly explained the procedure, was very friendly, and extremely efficient. Accuracy of my examination and prescriptions for progressive/corrective lenses have consistently been the most accurate I’ve had In comparison to all other optometric care I’ve had across the country. All other staff have impressed me with their knowledgeable, competent and professional attention to the smallest of details such as fitment and adjustments whenever required between appointments.
Dr. Hamilton demonstrates exceptional professionalism and expertise in optometry. During my second visit, I was once again impressed by the high level of care provided—not only by Dr. Hamilton, but also by the front desk staff and the technical team conducting the eye examinations. thank you!
