Wow what an incredible experience with Dr Zachary Fredette! The moment he walked into the room and shook hands with all of us and introduced himself as Zach was so comforting. He sat, he listened he showed genuine caring and compassion his bedside manners were impeccable! Someone raised this young man right! What a great stand in for another amazing Dr Bennett who was absent today.
I called in the morning because my daughter had been vomiting for 12 hours. I was told her doctor was busy and that there was no one else available to see her. I asked for an appointment for the next day and they said no one could see her. Then they called me back and told me to go the ER because it was considered an emergency, I told them no, because I was going to wait 12 hours to be seen, and I said I was going to go to a walk in clinic, then they said if we do that the doctor will get charge for it.
