Dr simon is the caring, professional, and knowledgeable doctor I have ever come across in years. She actually cares 100% about all her patience. She goes well above and beyond the call of duty as a doctor. She is a definite asset to the manotick medical center.
At least looking at reviews I’m not alone. I’ve been going to this doctors office my entire life. The quality of front desk reception has DRAMATICALLY dropped. Short temper, curt responses and eventually being hung up on. As someone who’s worked customer service and reception for 15 years this is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
