I mean they were nice, but I have to be honest. They screwed up the prescription for my son. They had us double dosing him for almost 3 weeks. It wasn't until by chance we had to get the prescription filled in Toronto, where that pharmacist noticed and corrected the error. Luckily for my son it wasn't a serious medication, but I can't imagine if it were. They called and apologized, but we aren't going to risk it again and will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere now
Jayal is a wonderful pharmacist to work with, provides great customer service, takes his time to get to know his customers, and really makes us feel like he is our personal pharmacist.
Finally, a pharmacist who cares and makes us feel like a people and not numbers. Thank you, Jay!
Jayal is amazing! I started going to independent pharmacies a few years ago and notice a significant difference in the level of care I receive. The team here is knowledgeable and so accommodating, they will go out of their way to get you what you need. Love having this pharmacy in Manotick!
