I booked a time, showed up five minutes before, and he said he wasn’t going to cut my hair. I had biked to the barbershop from home. It was about a 10 minute bike ride. My car was in the shop. It’s almost 40° out today with the humidity. He told me my hair was too sweaty to cut and to go home and wash it, and he was laughing the whole time. Keep in mind, I’m at 53 year-old male working professional who had the day off and just needed a trim on a hairstyle that’s already short.Pretty crazy, right? He’s just lost a customer.
Hands of Gold!! Mr Jad is one of the best barbers that I know in town: efficient, attentive to client needs, aaand Friendly! No frills, he gets the job done for sure, reasonably fast, and in a friendly Mediterranean way!! I Recommend.

Both barbers here are amazing. They take the time to listen to the style you want, and make sure you're happy with the result. They both show a great attention to detail. Amazing men's cuts at reasonable prices. Best barbers in the Ottawa area.
