I just moved into a Manorwood home a couple months ago and I am really unhappy with the quality. I have no idea how they let this leave the factory. The drywall job is absolutely horrendous, huge crack in my shower that they tried to hide, light switches crooked, walls and ceiling cracks, they left so much drywall dust behind the walls that it keeps coming out from my baseboards, kitchen cabinets falling off hinges…just very subpar work and I paid a lot of money. I would NEVER ever recommend.
Stay far away. Our home is an absolute nightmare. I should have taken my money and threw it out the window while driving on the highway. Wish I took warnings from their reviews.
I’ve had a Manorwood modular home now for 8 months. I am beyond unsatisfied with our home. If you are reading that their work is below sub-par, please do believe it. The amount of things wrong with my house, and the fact that their quality control protocol (if they even have any) let my home leave their facility is absolutely insane to me. Though the houses are modular, the construction is much like a mobile home in quality and attention to detail. Like any company prior to purchase, they are nice, friendly, and helpful. However, after purchasing not so much. Previously commented and reviewed their Facebook page and they responded by blocking me.
