This is a horrible place. My grandmother died on Saturday because of their neglect. Please PM me if anyone else is going through this right now. I can promise my grandmothers story will be told.
RecommendedI work in South. We're all wore down and stressed. I'm impressed. Administration, Nursing... my dear Nursing. Keep up the good work. If no one knows I do. I see everyday. Hold on, keep going.
The staff are lazy. You feel like a problem when u need something. It's dirty. They leave u in bed 24/7. They rarely bathe u, brush ur teeth, or change u or ur sheets. It takes 45 min to have someone answer ur call bell then another 45 min for them to come back. Most staff are rude. People fall on floor and they don't do anything to prevent it from further happening. Food trays are never as promised.
They are very helpful and they take great care of the people who live there. It’s always clean, the staff is always friendly.
Not a very nice place! We were lied to numerous times . Do not recommend sending your loved ones to this facility !

Dirty,very unprofessional "skilled" nursing. Wouldn't send a gold fish there to stay. Was so glad my family member didn't stay there.
NOT the cleanest facility. Have been lied to about my Mom's glasses AND don't know who to believe. Unfortunately NO OTHER MHC facility had the room so they took her in. NO communication with family members as a whole, there are some nurses who do talk to you. Changes were made to her care plan WITHOUT consulting me. They changed her MEDICAL POA & NEVER INFORMED me of their decision to do so.
Incompetent staff and administration that frequently changes. Medication errors, dirty facility and always under staffed except during State inspections. Residents are treated poorly and family members are lied to concerning incidents. Biggest mistake when we placed my mother there for care.
