This is how people treat you there while sitting down with your elderly mother. They threaten and intimidate!! I’m going to the local papers who this guy physically assaulted me while in a meeting with my mom.
DO NOT send anyone there. This is the worst place for anyone. They do not take care of people, the food is always cold, and they don't come when you ring the bell. They are mean to you as a loved one and the person in the facility. It smells like urine everywhere. Whatever you do, do anything to can to keep your loved one out. You all should be ashamed of yoursleves!!! 4 days before getting someone out of bed?!?! Physical Therapists falling asleep bedside?!?! Failing to serve basic medical needs such as putting a c-pap on someone who cannot themselves for days... Noone ever answers the phones. You are taking advantage of people, their money, and Medicare. PLEASE do not allow this facility to handle the needs of your loved ones!!!

My mom was stuck in bathroom couldn't pull her pants up and nurse came in and looked in bathroom because we didn't know where my mom was. The nurse didn't even check to see if she needed help.
My husband has no complaints he seems OK with everything so far
When you check in your loved one you are told that they don't want to hear any complaints about their nurses and if you're not happy with the care your loved one is receiving then you are free to take them home. They let you know right from the start a) they don't care, b) that they're incompetent, and c) there's nothing you can do about it.
