I know my mother would be alive today if it wasn't for manor care Whitehall. So many times I would go to see her, and no one seemed to be around. I would have to search for a nurse . The aides took care of the patients more then the nurses. They were always too busy doing paperwork.The day she was to come home I found her in her bed in a fetal position burning up with fever. The staff was so kind & helpful. Faith was so good to my mom. My mom was not conscious. She held her & said her name & told her everything she was doing to her. She explained everything to us. I am so happy knowing that Faith was the last person she saw before passing away. A big thank you to Dorothy for keeping us informed & calling us with any changes. Thank you so much for making her last days comfortable 🙂💕

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Manorcare and the folks who looked at after my mom everyday, sharing with me her antics and what she was doing. They where so kind and patient with my mom and so very supportive of us. And I truly can't say enough as to how much that means to me

i fell and broke my sacum manor care nearly killed me yes nearlly killed me dead. got a massive uti there i'm a guy we don't get uti's ever! food sucked so bad i lost 14 lbs in less than a month. dr never ever talked to me at all gave me motrine for pain i'm stage 3 kidney failure for christs sakes i can never ever have motrine i would die! so if you want to die go here! nurses and aids are assholes!!!!!! therapy is good if you live. don't go here ever!!!!!

My Father in Law Mr. Spano went from hospital to manor care was not eating or walking. Spent 2 weeks at this facility and is like a new man. The staff was tremendous! The facility was always very clean. I couldn't of ask for any better care for him than he received here. At 85 and set in his ways he isn't always the friendliest but the staff was always patient and willing to go above and beyond for him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team that's took care of him.
