I strongly recommend this facility to have people look closer and go in to see how the staff is treating, talking, and yelling at the patients. The call bells are ignored and people wait sometimes close to 2 hours before someone comes to answer a call. This isn't safe nor should be tolerated. Not all patients are the same even though they should all be cared for equally and treated with respect and care. Even if you don't want to. I am pretty sure the staff are being paid. They charge poor old people a boat load of money and the facility looks like crap. My grandmother was there in July and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The furniture in the room is falling apart. Some of the nurses are nice and there are ones with attitude.. but would you want to be in a place with no air conditioning in July? I would feel the same way too, so I guess I don’t blame them. You’re supposed to go to rehab to get better, but honestly my grandmother only got worse while she was there. My mom has been at manor care for about 2 year. Today I went to pick her up for Christmas and had difficulty getting her in the car thank God for the employee who came to my rescue without her help it would have ended badly. I cannot say enough about the dedication she showed.

They are very accommodating and caring. I would especially like to recognize a few of the people who helped my 90 year old father who had to have therapy there. The PT Linda, and OT Eileen, we so kind and compassionate my Dad didn't even mind doing the exercises. Greg, who was there also, was such a kind man who treated everyone the way he would want his own family treated. He was very personable and helpful. Heather the CNA also helped in great care of my Dad. I would like them all to know how much we appreciated them.

I am writing this review on behalf of Phil Amaradio, Sr. His wife, Delores, is currently a patient there. He was also there over a year ago. He wants everyone to know that they are awesome! Doctors, nurses, orderlies, and administration are all very nice, attentive and family oriented. The facility is clean and the food is very good.
