FYI....ManorCare is now known as Citadel Care Center. They are terrible. The staff hides when you are trying to get someone to help your loved one. My dad was there for two weeks. My poor dad's catheter was not changed or cleaned the whole time he was in there. When he came home he was in so much pain, we had to take him to ER. He had puss coming out of his penis. DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONE ENTER THIS PLACE. I am not racist. But the staff is mainly African American, and they appear to be racist.
This place is not got enough nurses my sister waited for her medication 10 hrs and she was in major pain ..This place is falling down hill day by day.
