We had a few people out to look at the pressure dropping in our boiler. After replacing 2 radiators and having a full service on the boiler but the problem still not being resolved Andy came and had a look. He capped off our radiators to establish if it was our radiators or boiler. After finding out it was definatly the radiators he did a full check of all the rads and found 3 small leaks after replacing 3 valves and reconnecting the system it resolved our problem. Andrew fitted a new hot water tank for me 8 years ago. He’d left a sticker on the tank with his details. When my down stairs neighbour mentioned that she thought water was leaking from my bathroom into hers he was the first person I called as there was nothing obvious. Andrew communicated brilliantly with regard to arrival times, identified the source of the leak immediately,, even though it was hidden and was able to sort it out quickly.
