This is a wonderful spa with the most amazing people. Make sure to take advantage of the Recovery Lab. Offering compression boots (for your legs) to expedite recovery time so you can get back on the mountain. One hour in the boots offers similar results as 12-24 hours of rest. They also have Oxygen Recovery for high altitude and Ice therapy. It's a must for anyone in the Vail area.
