Excellent staff (doctors and reception). Excellent treatment, new online booking system is great, fast response.
Reception never manned whenever I have been. The place looks shabby. What a shame, it used to be so good.
New system for getting a GP appt. Very confusing as NHS App says call surgery. Surgery message says you need to fill in the form on surgery website. There are two websites one of which doesn't work. The form is hard to find on the website and when you find it it says that it'll be 2 days before your form is reviewed but "normally" you'll get a reply in 4 hours "if you need an appointment for requests received before 1pm". The staff are always so helpful. Today the pharmacist went above and beyond. I was struggling to get some medication and emailed this morning (the new email system really does work). She rang me before 9:30 and had got me a new prescription to be collected. I went in at lunchtime and it was ready - such a lovely lady and so professional- a true credit to your practice
