Terrible surgery. Called looking for an appointment for my 8 year old whoose ears were completely blocked and couldnt hear and the closest was 17/10/25. Unbeleivable. And when asked if theres not a small opening as its for a child the reply was instead of continuing here your wasting time as you could be calling 111.. Staff with no backlash from anyone doing what they want.

I called Manor Park Medical Practice at 8:15 am and was first in the queue, yet my call was only answered after 25 minutes. When Yasmin, the receptionist, finally answered, I politely asked how many receptionists were handling calls, given the long wait despite being first in the queue. She refused to answer my question, made the conversation unnecessarily complicated, and came across as extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.
