Unfortunately as a resident for twenty-two years this community was Awesome and well kept, hell we could leave our doors unlocked, neighbors were respectful not so much now, and this community was clean and l wouldn’t just say it’s the renter’s who do not care about the value of your home and the beauty of the community it’s owners as well who refuse and don’t give a rat’s ?!$@ about the upkeep of their home and how it lower the value of your home… all of which has changed my homie feeling smh l am out. To many homes are being sold to people who are ranting them out.ranters do not take care of the homes.they are storing trash cans among other items in front of the garages and on the porch. This development will lose owners that have been here and take care of their homes.
