Been at this doctor's for 16 years. Always get an appointment, good for emergency ones too. Shout out to Dr Leahy, he's a wonderful caring doctor to all who know him. Thanks manor medical ❤️
This practice is extremely unhelpful and do not listen or take the needs of their patients seriously. I would not recommend, and I am not one to complain normally.
I went to this GP with the intention of registering, but I completely changed my mind after how I was treated. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for a registration form, and the way the receptionist spoke to me was very off-putting — no basic courtesy or respect. Even worse, there was a pregnant woman politely asking for the toilet key, and the staff ignored her the first time. It wasn’t until she repeated herself that she finally got a response.
