On June 10th, when went, I was told by an employee that it would be a good idea to flush my water reservoir so my car doesn't overheat with the summer heat. $130 plus tax. Something didn't feel right, so I took my car to my brother-in-law. He's a mechanic, he verified the coolant and knew it wasn't flushed. Another untrustworthy and rip-off shop
Everyone there is polite and took great care of myself and my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend
Quick service, but they don’t honor any of the coupons I brought. They did not put the cover/guard underneath my car completely back on
Disappointed – Would Not Recommend My husband has gone to this place five separate times for a simple car inspection, and every time he’s been turned away with a different excuse. Here's what we've encountered: “The machine is down.”, “The machine is rebooting.”,”Inspections are only done from 8 to 4” ,“It’s Friday, and the inspection guy left early. Stopped here since it was in the neighborhood and glad I did. They had THE BEST customer service! I came in for an oil change and inspection and the guy told be my brake fluid was bad and showed me what it looked like while explaining the importance of it. I looked it up and he wasn’t trying to one me over because I’m a girl. Called my Mom told her to come get her service done as well and they treated us both very well. Will be going back for the service and customer care.
