We rented here for a quinceañera. Comfortably seated 80, with plenty of space for a dance floor. Prices were very good. We took about 1.5 hours to clean up however, so it's a good thing we started early. That was also with lots of help, so I'd caution you if you're having a large event. We did, however, get all our deposit back. Kitchen was a great addition. They have four large electric chafing dishes, a large fridge, a freezer, a huge stove, ovens, microwaves, and a great warmer.
