We lived at Oakridge Terrace for over 3.5 years and had a great apartment experience! Only left because we bought a house. All communication with the office or maintenance was answered very quickly and everyone was so nice. We didn't have any issues. Our apartment was modern, clean, and we felt very safe! Definitely recommend!
I leased with Manor Leasing for over 4 years and have nothing but great things to say. Becky was SO kind and personable. Maintenance was great and on top of everything. My space was well taken care of and Timson Place is a lovely neighborhood
They keep your deposit then over charge you. Forces you to pay 2 months after you leave because they can’t find a tenant. I will never recommend them or use there services . Good luck
Nice people, respectful, they always attended to our requests on time, they trusted us and gave us a wonderful home where we lived for 5 years, a nice place, clean, pleasant, we changed location because we bought our house, 100% recommended
