I lived at a Manor Leasing property for four years and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to reside in the Lancaster area! Their staff was always able and willing to help with any issues that arose in a quick and professional manner. Additionally, the complex was always kept clean, and neighbors were quite friendly.
Great place to live and excellent office staff to help with anything. Maintenance crew is amazing as well.
It's a terrible place to live. Do yourself a favor and avoid renting from these criminals. Please believe the other residents when they say they won't return your security deposit; they have a difficult time doing so. The charges are outrageous. They charged me for replacing the door key when they only provided me with one key, and there were numerous charges for the carpet, including professional carpet cleaning, a separate charge for a stain on the carpet, and yet another for grease on the cabinet. When we moved into the Lancaster area, we needed time to look for a home. We rented an Eagle Landing three-bedroom townhouse with a garage for almost two years. It was a safe, pleasant and convenient place to live. We especially enjoyed the walking trails and exercise room. The responsiveness and courtesy of the maintenance team were remarkable. The office staff treated us very well. And the proximity to Penn Manor farm country was a huge bonus. My wife and I highly recommend Eagle Landing.
We lived at Oakridge Terrace for over 3.5 years and had a great apartment experience! Only left because we bought a house. All communication with the office or maintenance was answered very quickly and everyone was so nice. We didn't have any issues. Our apartment was modern, clean, and we felt very safe! Definitely recommend!
