annonymous Really should be a NEGATIVE five star rating! Very shady operation - stay clear away. This was the worst experience ever encountered. They did everything to make the sale but after that it was one lie after another. Questionable billing practices and business ethics!! Customer beware!
Satisfaction Guaranteed! I used Manor House for all my flooring needs. I was very impressed with the selection of hardwood, ceramic & carpet. One stop shop with excellent customer service. Family owned & operated was a plus for me as well.
RUN FASTER!! Agreed to sell me a carpet then failed to show at their warehouse when they said they would so i could pick it up. Then they promised they would have it at the showroom the next morning to be picked up. Of course they didn't. Then they wouldn't return my call. Gladly took my money elsewhere. Don't bother with these idiots.
Great Service Great Products I recently had to replace our old worn carpet & remodeled our out-dated bathroom. I found Manor House to have a beautiful showroom with plenty to choose from. Their friendly staff helped me to select the right products for the right price. Everything was handled professionally & I would recommend them to anyone looking for interior decorating advise.
Run I had nothing but problems with this company. I could never get them to commit to a final price, could never get the salesman to call me back, and was thoroughly disgusted by the time my work was done. I had many other interior projects that could have been done by Manor House, but I chose to go elsewhere. On top of everything, I got a call from the granite supplier in Durham after the work had been done saying that I was delinquent on payments and a lien would be placed on my home. Selections of fine carpets They have all and any of your carpets needs. Great parking and great location. Southern charm and care provided on the spot. No complants here only praises. Many products for floor can be purchase. Lots of carpets are in stock and name brand names too. When they were to lay my floor a snow storm came in. They were so sorry for the inconvience when it was not there fault.
