Facilities poor and getting worse. Since becoming a member over 20 years ago we have lost the jacuzzi, gym fitness classes, Zumba, Pilates, decent ventilation, towels and the use of one of the three showers in the ladies changing room. We have gained a good selection of pink and black mould and are now very experienced in welcoming new managers (five this year - 2025). 1,Showers need updates and dirty 2,It seems anyone can walk in without showing they are a member or paid 3,When asking to see a manager it falls on deaf ears never anyone available

Very disappointing "spa". The pool was murky with mould growing on the walls, the floors were not clean, shower drain blocked, and the windows are all filthy. The steam room smells like blocked drains. The staff are lovely, and the treatment room was very relaxing, but the facilities are so poor. We went to eat outside and it looked like the place had just been left after a party - no order to anything, tables and chairs randomly left in different places, no shaded areas. I took 20 of my friends here for a birthday celebration spa weekend at the beginning of January. We had a fabulous relaxing time, with great treatments, wonderful afternoon tea and a really good atmosphere. The pool, steam room, sauna and changing rooms were clean and inviting, but the jacuzzi is broken. Most of the robes were fluffy and new, and it was easy to get towels. The pool was busy with families Saturday afternoon, but otherwise we pretty much had it to ourselves. A wonderful weekend!
