Super convenient... I don't have to go all the way to Oakland Chinatown for Chinese medicine and herbs.
Super disappointed on how I was treated at this store. I went in needing a replenishment for a specific herb that I've been taking; they said they ran out so I asked them if they had something comparable and they looked at me and said " I don't speak English. BYE!" Customer service at its worst! And I'm use to Chinese places being dirty, but this one is extra dirty... like an inspector needs to get in there and check this place!
