This place is a NIGHTMARE. Back in the early 2000’s when my family was working here, things were great and this was a well rounded practice. Fast forward to the last 10 years and things start getting VERY BAD very fast. This is the RUDEST, most ignorant and disrespectful practice for miles. Edit: I was able to speak to the office supervisor and she was so kind and understanding. One ignornant rep doesnt make the office. Christine is a heinous office rep. We called about our elderly mother seeing if we could get an appointment for yesterday. We understand it was snowing but we were willing to make the drive. She said she was unsure if the office was going to close, directed us the hospital multiple times, put us on the phone with a nurse who also urged us to go to the hospital.
