Very courteous and appreciate my heart specialist coming to this office.
I had to delete my old review because BOY have things changed here. They use to be great... I went here since I was a teenager. But the past few months, when I've tried to use the phones systems, I can't get to a live person to schedule an appointment. Not only that, but I had taken a really nasty fall and thought I cracked my ribs. When I FINALLY was able to get an appointment, the doctor didn't look at me, didn't touch me at all. Edit: Apparently, they've been "working on the phone systems" for many months with no resolution This is my "family doctor" but everytime I want to make an appointment, I must sit on the phone for over 20 min before talking to a receptionist.... This receptionist cannot tell you if they can make appointments and leave you on hold for another 20 min. I have been seeing my doctor here since I was a teenager and I am certain she saved my life at one point but honestly I am considering jumping ship because calling them for anything is a nightmare. As I am typing this I have been on hold for nearly a half hour just to schedule an appointment for my husband. I am certainly glad nobody was actually sick. I have seen both Shayla and Dr. Weaver and they are both great. Dr. Weaver is very kind, genuine and extremely intelligent. Highly recommend both.
