I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but this issue definitely needs some attention. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dentist office. I visited the office to replace a veneer that came out. I thought this was a simple matter but I was so wrong. I was given the option to replace the veneer by Dr T. I paid out of pocket for the replacement. Three visits was required to replace the veneer with each failed attempt as the veneer came out within the week of each visit. Office is professional. Arna is an excellent and caring hygienist. I’ve been in the dental industry for 35 years and could identify a good hygienist and Arna is definitely one. She does a great job. I come from WESTCHESTER county to get my teeth cleaned here and have recommended another friend who travels from Manhattan and is also very pleased with Arna. today was an incredibly frustrating experience. I had scheduled an appointment for a routine scaling, but the dentist insisted on performing a deep cleaning instead—even though I had already undergone one just three months ago. There was no clear medical justification, and it wasn’t even my main concern. It honestly felt like an attempt to take advantage of both me and my insurance for profit. On top of that, my time was wasted, and my preferences were not respected.
