Only nice to you when you are a private patient
Phoned to cancel appointment for my husband who is working away. Girl on reception very rude and told me I can't cancel appointment for data protection. Explained am only cancelling appointment so don't get charged missed appointment, her customer service is shocking, not right needing to pay fee when I called in advance to cancel. Since place got took over the receptionist is not helpful

Receptionist is lovely, from arranging appointments, to an appointment reminder phonecall and dealing with payments in a quiet respectful manner My dentist is Pearly who listened to exactly what I wanted…. A few suggestions were made and I was allowed to make the final decision Between Dentist and Assistant I was put at ease, nothing was an issue Everyone is professional I would highly recommend
