They definitely remove the bad reviews. This place is disgusting. Miami has become too expensive to live in when a place like this thinks it’s worth over $1800 a month. First, it’s roach infested. Maybe they give the better units to some people but the one I was in had a serious roach problem even with treatment. It’s an old building and clearly not well taken care of. Just moved in to the building and the process for moving was made super easy thanks to Amanda, the leasing agent. From the moment I applied to the present she has been an extremely professional and amazing person to deal with. She made the transition for the move super easy and made us feel very welcomed. Then there is Albert, the maintenance man, he has been extremely helpful and courteous.
