The experience was great from the beginning dealing with Shelby. Dealing with the previous warranty company pro homes was an absolute nightmare and I am glad that Pacesetter ended their relationship with them and took over doing warranty themselves. Since then, everything has gone smoothly. Ricardo was absolutely amazing and professional. He attended to all our concerns! We love our home. The house is of great quality and even a year down the line, it still feels brand new!
