My parents are registered at this practice, and honestly, the service is very hit and miss. I recently had to use this service on behalf of my dad, as I also work in the medical field and knew his problem was quite urgent. When we went to the hospital, the doctor specifically advised him to get in touch with his GP as they need referral. I contacted the practice on his behalf, but instead of timely support, he received an email saying someone would be in touch in 4 weeks’ time. 5 years ago I left a 1 star review followed by 1 star a year later. Ayear ago that went up to 3 stars and today 4 stars! Very kind and warm receptionist today plus good, sound advise! Well done again Manor Clinic, keep up the good work..... Austerity has a big part to play in things being so difficult for the NHS so plese make a note this is a huge reason for many issues!!!
I try not to need the services of our NHS too often, but the few times I've needed help the team at Manor have been wonderful. I'm so thankful to Nurse Practitioner Debbie who has helped me with a number of things and arranged referrals in the past, and Dr Khan who is friendly, keen to help, and open to discussion so I feel I have input in what my outcomes are.
