The bad - We had a horrible experience with ensuring my mom received her heart medication. The food was horrible. I moved my mom within 5 days. The good - PT, OT and the hairdresser did a good job.
The care is great , however Manor Care is in need of more assistive devices. There is only 1 Sara 3000, stand up lift Assistive a Device for the entire facility. Most of the time this much needed device is not fully charged , so using it is very lengthy. Patients have long wait times waiting for this device. Can more Sara 3000 be ordered so caring for our seniors who greatly depend on it be continued in a safe manner.
This was the most horrible 3 weeks of my life. The majority of the staff were rude and uncaring. They do not care for their patients. Do not let anyone you know go here
