On 1/8/2024 I brought my cat in for labs but since she hadn't urinated for 2 days and had been acting sick that weekend I requested a visit with the vet as well. Even though they drew labs and knew she was sick and not acting right (allowed them to hold her and didn't protest, 0 urination, not eating, etc), they sent us home with Dr Morris assuring me she would call the following day with the lab results. Late in the afternoon, after not hearing from Dr Morris, I called the office and the receptionist stated Dr Morris was ... read more
Our sweet Golden Charley had the most comprehensive , compassionate care at Manor Animal Hospital. After being misdiagnosed with elbow arthritis elsewhere ~ Dr Colin Hansen immediately knew we were dealing with a serious illness. After many hours and then discussion we were sent to Hope Hospital in Malvern. Charley had an aggressive fatal cancer. Charley died in our home surrounded by family. While it was not the outcome we hoped or expected , Dr Hansen’s clinical knowledge , empathy and style of communication made the situa... read more
Awesome caring people who love all ur pets and they are not just a pet but your heart & soul. Definitely recommend them. 💞👍🙏
Dr Gula and the staff are very down to earth, reasonable, and accepting of pet parents. They’re extremely compassionate and professional, and take the time to talk to and help calm the most anxious fur mommies. I’ve always felt that they are reasonable when it comes to cost and have never pushed unnecessary products/most expensive foods or medications. I trust them completely with some of the most precious members of my family!
Dr. Sue is wonderful. She and her staff take wonderful care of my cats. I drive past at least 3 other vet practices to get to Manor. Would NOT change!!
Manor Animal Hospital has taken care of my fur babies for over 5 years and there has never been one complaint or fault on their part. They are amazing, friendly, and very very decently priced. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else but here <3
Caring staff and great docs!
With various pets from senior citizen rescues to championship bred puppies, Sue and Lisa and their technicians have all been knowledgeable, empathetic, and honest. When choices and decisions need to be made, they explain clearly, but not in a condescending manner. The waiting room is friendly, adequate, no frills: an atmosphere which I really like. When I need a vet, I'm not there to look at fancy collars and leashes; I'm looking for and here I get compassionate, skilled care.
Most caring and compassionate staff. I have used Manor Animal for over 15 years. Dr Sue and her team are the best.
