Horrible experience with the appointment desk trying to make an appointment with Dr. Esswein. Jasmine is very rude and refused to make the appointment and said we had never seen Dr. Esswein, which we had under when she was Mercy. She can take her condescending bye, bye and stuff it. We will find another office. We really like Esswein but there are plenty of Allergist out there to see.. Bye, Bye!

This practice and doctor will not continue to treat my child because I questioned their $1000 fee for OIT that you have to pay TO BE ABLE TO schedule an appointment. My child was receiving care for another issue and they are abandoning the care of him over this. They don't care about the patient only the money. The affordable care act requires you to be transparent about costs and because I had so many questions they won't treat my son. I don't hand over money to anyone. This place obviously doesn't care about the patient.

This office is horrendous. They won’t help our 2 year old daughter with food allergies because she doesn’t have the COVID vaccine. She is 2…………. They say “CDC guidelines” but not all other offices, even under Mercy, require that. The fact that we had 4 office visits and labs done before they decide they aren’t going to help our daughter is infuriating. Well good for you all, you got money for essentially doing nothing.
