I am a senior citizen and visited this ENT while experiencing significant dizziness from positional vertigo, along with severe hip pain. Terrible , just terrible . They turned around elderly patient who came for immediate attention only because she didn't have actual insurance card in her hand , they could check patient’s insurance information online, Janice Chen NP was extremely rude to elderly patient!!!!! Terrible
