Very unprofessional front desk when asking why are not accepting a referral format. My doctor gaves me same referral format to see different specialists and they all accept it. Except this office they have special requirement for the referral format. The lady shows no respect when talking and asking her. Not recommended. There is another ENT cross street very helpful and the review say it all
I'd like to make an appointment, but they didn't make it. They required unnecessary things, they want referrals from physician doctor...? My problem with my ears... Why referrals...???
