This was our first time building and it was so nice to know exactly how much money I was spending- I loved having an estimate price sheet lined up with the actual cost sheet. This was our first time building a home and I don't think we could have chosen a better builder. They made the entire process so easy. They were very upfront and to the point about everything and I never felt like they gave a dodgy answer or sugar coated things.
