Got appointed Joshua house as my public defender and he did nothing he said he had done in retrieving medical records for me while incarcerated. He told me he called, emailed and faxed the hospital/Doctor and it was verified through my Dr and his assistant that he had did not one of those things. I also had an employed person from the hospital email him with paperwork regarding my case in which he said he never received. Very dishonest and glad he was only appointed and not paid for!!!
Had joshua house as my attorney in my divorce. Was very hard to get ahold of because he had child problems. Then went to court for order she filed and went horrible for me. Then he was on vacation and I signed a agreement and wasn't explained how it would affect the divorce. I hired a new attorney and learned more from 1 visit and got more accomplished then multiple times with joshua. I would not recommend his service because he sent to have not enough time for a good defense
