warranty? HA!! – After sinking $900 into a car to try and pass inspection, I was told the catalytic convertor is bad. Seeing how it's only 1 1/2 months old, I inquired about having my "90-day warranty" honored and was given every reason under the sun as to why they wouldn't replace it. Manny's Mufflers refused to back their work and product. GRRR...
Best experience at a car shop in a long time – I love cars. I'm very picky about my car work. I demand that my inspection stickers be straight, that there be no grease anywhere inside, and that they do the work properly. I'm not the kind of guy that throws someone the keys to my car and blindly believe that they will fix it - shops seldom do.
