manny's service was great! but the asbestos removal company they work with was not.
We had them replace the condenser and coil for a reasonable price. They accomplished everything in one day, even thought the unit was old and laid down drop cloth so the carpet and flooring remained clean. The workers were very polite and efficient. Later the unit stopped working and they sent someone early the next morning to trouble shoot the issue. It was due to the old existing thermostat which the replaced, free of charge. I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.
Very fair pricing and Jerry is a great repair tech. He did arrive later than our appointment but, they reached out to let me know that his previous job took longer than expected, once here he was friendly, surmised the problem and had everything fixed in 40-minutes. Most impressively, he was here within 48-hours of my first call to Manny's when most other AC service company were backed up for almost a week due to our heatwave.
They came out right away and got us fixed right up! Will use again.
One of AC units developed an issue during the heatwave. Jeremy from Manny's came out the same mroning, diagnosed and repaired the issue within a few hours. Highly recommended.
