COMPLETELY agree with the others here about the owner here, the lady is so unfriendly and outright rude. I no longer go there, and I'm one of the friendliest people. Their commercial with that long haired punk is pathetic too,....it absolutely makes me not want to go there.... Well stocked for a little hardware store, ..but prices are high. I'll stick to the "mega box" stores...where the customer service, you may have to wait for, but at least the majority of them are not rude.

Well stocked, large store... – Everyone was very helpful, especially the female owner behind the counter. I was looking for a specific product, and they were very knowledgable in assuring that I had everything I needed to get the job done. They had most of what I needed, at a very reasonable price. I'll be back for sure!

Super RUDE lady owner!!! – Rude Female owner, treats employees and customers like crap. I went there this morning looking for something i could use to get into my car with( I had locked my keys in it) The employees and male owner was very helpful in finding something. He then tells me to just try this used door stop and bring it back, I offered to pay and he said dont worry about it. Nicely stocked. Awful woman behind counter. – I went here for hard-to-find furniture hardware. I brought along my autistic son. He was playing with a flashlight and dropped it. Went to checkout and was about to compliment the woman on the nice store; she told me she was charging me for the flashlight. because he was playing with it. The flashlight wasn't broken. Nice people, well stocked hardware store. – I have used Manny's many times, and have been pleased by the service and the products available. Lowe's and Home Depot had stopped carrying a product that I used. Manny's did not have the product when I went there, but started stocking it after my request. Impressive.

Its ok for a small hardware store – Its ok. I found what i needed, but i think the prices are a bit high on some stuff. i can tell you, i didnt care for the customer service much . The woman behind counter, i believe she was owner, was not friendly at all. The commercial on TV??? omg, PLEASE GET RID OF THAT KID, ..with his sleeveless shirt on, that thinks hes some sort of body builder. Ridiculous how he looks on tv, that in itself would make me never want to go back.
