Had an issue, owner offers to fix the issue for free and to call back to schedule an appointment a few days later. After scheduling the appointment a few days later the hairstylist called and explained it wouldn't be free. I call the owner and he has now retracted his offer stating that he won't do it for free anymore but would offer 30% off. Out 140$ now and have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Janine did an amazing job on my color and cut. The salon is basic no frills but I’ll definitely be back to have Janine do my hair.
Love Janine. She’s an awesome colorist and hair stylist. Highly recommend.
