Completely stripped my lug nuts after the fact and didn’t even let me know. Not honest at all, was surprised after reading all the greats reviews. Even after contacting them about it, they stated it wasn’t them and wouldn’t offer compensation
Manny was very nice and professional. I hit a pole and paint transfer from the pole to my car. I asked him how much it would be to fix it and luckily he was able to wipe some of it off with the microfiber towel and a special tool that he used The paint transfer was gone, and he also cleaned the rest of my bumper and did not charge me his customer service was stellar. I will be back. Thanks manny!
